Commercial
Within the team of around 100 people are sales, account management, customer service & support, project management and control teams who work together to oversee and implement the Commercial strategy in order to achieve their targets.
Global
Global is the commercial unit in Atradius that acquires and services multinational customers. Global is present in all Atradius locations world-wide with dedicated staff to provide the tailor-made solutions as well as consistent and personal service the world over.
HR
Being a staff unit, the strategy and goals of HR will always be aligned with the overall strategy of the company. Therefore, the goal of the HR-function is “to attract, retain and maintain a highly effective workforce that adds to the competitive advantage of Atradius in line with our business plans”.
Risk
The Risk Services Team is a dedicated team of professionals working closely with customers and buyers to ensure credit limit decisions are issued quickly and right the first time.
IT Services
IT Services consists of ensuring service operations through management of the client, server, storage and network infrastructure and services components of the Credit Insurance Business Transformation (CIBT), Enterprise Architecture, Innovation, Shared Services and Security.
Collections
With a presence in 33 countries, Atradius Collections is part of the Atradius Group. It provides trade invoice collections services in 96% of the countries worldwide. Its wide range of services assists companies around the globe to recover unpaid invoices, from first-party to legal collection.

 I started in Atradius as a graduate so I was desperate to secure a permanent position and found quite quickly that there are a huge variety of roles from entry level through to senior positions at Atradius. I was offered a permanent position and just over 5 years later I was successful in obtaining 2 promotions in quick succession to a senior position. I started at Atradius a few years ago completely new to Trade Credit Insurance and underwriting.  Having moved from America shortly before, I was eager to learn as much as I could about the company and the culture as quickly as I could.  I have learned through various underwriting roles and everyone in all departments have been so helpful with my growth and development. My colleagues have been welcoming and encouraging showing how much Atradius values a positive working environment where everyone feels comfortable. When we all moved to working from home, everyone was quick to check in see how others were doing.  I’ve enjoyed every minute of my time here so far and hope to experience further success with the company in the future.

I started with Atradius in September 2021 in the Global team as an Account Executive, after graduating from Cardiff University. I started just as the UK was coming out of the pandemic but luckily was able to regularly come into the office where I was made to feel really welcome by everyone in my team and also in the wider company. 6 months on and I have been promoted to an Account Manager position in the same team. My favourite thing about Atradius is that I am learning new things about the company and the industry every day which has opened up opportunities for me so early in my time here, and I am really grateful for the support I receive from everyone in the company, setting a solid base to grow and to succeed from.

Account Manger - Global
I joined Atradius in September 2016 on a two year internship within the ITS Web Management team. During my first year, I developed new skills in Fusion Middleware, Linux and other technical areas. During my second year, I was given the opportunity to gain experience in project management and was appointed Project Manager to deliver a new internal video-streaming service for Atradius. I secured a permanent position in July 2019, and just over two years later I have now been promoted to a Senior Analyst within ITS. In the five years I have worked here, I have developed so many skills in a number of different areas. I am now working full time in a fast-driven technical environment with diverse challenges and opportunities. The best part about my role is being at the heart of some of Atradius’ major business transformation initiatives. It is very rewarding being part of the delivery of new technology that will see real business benefit. My role also offers lots of opportunities to learn new skills and gain invaluable knowledge that will be transferrable throughout my career. The part I enjoy most about working at Atradius is all of the friendly and supportive colleagues that I work with. Our office has such a nice open atmosphere and is truly a great place to work.

I first joined Atradius on a placement as part of the Financial Services Graduate scheme. I’ve now been here for five years and work as a HR Business Partner. My role involves supporting the business with anything relating to our people. This includes recruitment, employee wellbeing and engagement, diversity and inclusion, talent and succession planning, learning and development, employee relations, project work and more! No day is ever the same which is why I love my job! I’m also given a lot of freedom in my work and encouraged to bring my ideas, but the best part about working here is the people. I get to work with colleagues from all over the world who are all so approachable and supportive. It really is a great place to work.
