Atradius Collections provides efficient, quick and flexible solutions to collect domestic and international trade debts. With a global network of collections specialists, lawyers and insolvency practitioners worldwide, Atradius Collections serves over 15,000 customers, supporting them to reduce client’s trade risks through our efficient Business to Business focused trade invoice collections services such as Standby Services, Invoice Verification and Factoring transactions. Atradius Collections is a business unit of Atradius Group, which forms part of Grupo Catalana Occidente, one of the leading insurers in Spain and worldwide in credit insurance.

Job Description
Atradius Collections is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our Strategy Implementation Team (SIT). In this strategic role, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that support the execution of our business strategy, operational excellence agenda, and continuous improvement ambitions.

As a key player within a global matrix organization, you will drive projects from concept through implementation, ensuring business value is delivered while balancing stakeholder expectations, timelines, resources, and organizational priorities. You will work closely with senior leaders, functional teams, regional stakeholders, and project sponsors to translate strategic objectives into successful outcomes.

In this position your key responsibilities will be:
Project Leadership

• Lead and deliver strategic and operational projects across Atradius Collections.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Apply PRINCE2 methodologies and project governance standards throughout project execution.

Strategy Implementation

• Support the execution of strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable projects and measurable outcomes.
• Drive organizational change and ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.

Continuous Improvement

• Lead and support Continuous Improvement initiatives across the business.
• Apply Lean principles and methodologies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational excellence.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and sustainable change.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with senior leaders, sponsors, functional process owners, and regional teams.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments and align diverse interests.
• Facilitate decision-making, governance forums, steering committees, and project reviews.
• Provide clear and concise project reporting to senior management.

Planning & Governance

• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure effective resource planning and prioritization across multiple initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of project documentation and governance.
• Support benefit realization and post-implementation reviews.

What qualification should you have?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (required).
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within a complex business environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodology and Continuous Improvement practices.
• Demonstrated experience in the implementation of Continuous Improvement programs and organizational change initiatives.
• Good understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, credit management, collections, and associated business operations.
• Strong project planning, risk management, and governance skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities and experience working with senior executives.
• Experience operating successfully within a complex matrix organization.
