Our request:

Atradius IT has for many years relied on service providers for the delivery of application development services. We insourced part of our development teams and transition currently from fully relying on external partners for our IT development and maintenance, into ensuring core skills through internal staff and adopting an agile delivery approach. 

This transformation requires us to focus on delivering a superior developer experience and a strong software development platform that enables our engineers to deliver value to customers.

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our team and play a lead role in maintaining and improving our software delivery platform, which includes capabilities to support secure software development, build and release automation, test automation, application monitoring and feature flag management for our cloud-hosted and on-premise applications.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities

• Maintain and deliver improvements to our software delivery platform
• Identify and implement solutions that improve the developer experience for Atradius engineers
• Plan and prioritise your work within our Agile governance framework
• Support and coach junior team members
• International travel as required

Knowledge, education, and experience

The successful applicant will have:

• Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline
• Strong experience with:
  • Azure cloud technology
  • Github
  • Azure DevOps and Github Actions
  • Static code quality and security analysis
  • Python and/or Bash
  • Container technologies
  • Linux

• Some experience with/Knowledge of:
  • Observability solutions such as Elastic and OpenTelemetry
  • Test automation frameworks such as Playwright
