Oracle EBS & Fusion Cloud Developer Lead

Unit / Team

ITS is responsible for the provision of information technology applications and infrastructure throughout the Atradius Group. Within ITS, the unit owns and maintains Finance Operations systems.

Job description

• Manage the transition of Spanish local finance systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud, including integration of other systems into it
• Lead developers working on Group Finance Operations’ implementation of Oracle EBS
• Manage relationship with support teams for the alignment of technical solutions (design, development, technical test) 

Job requirements

• Solid experience in technical components from Oracle EBS (Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL, OAF, Interfaces and Conversions..)
• Solid experience in Oracle Cloud PaaS Components (OIC, Visual Builder, Oracle Apex, PaaS databases)
• Strong knowledge using FBDIs and API REST/SOAP webservices
• Experience leading technical teams across diverse teams (eg location, culture, organisation, internal/outsourced)
• Fluency in Spanish and English is a must
• Experience with finance operations systems (AP/AR/GL/CE) is preferred
• Analytical approach to problem solving and escalation management, with demonstrable ability to make effective decisions at the right time within the overall boundaries of the programme 
• Structured, logical, disciplined approach to the planning, organisation and tracking of work, with the ability to think ahead and correlate to the bigger picture.  Capability here includes scheduling, resourcing, scoping, impact assessments, risk mitigation, issue management, dependency management across programmes with the ability to explain detail to audiences at all levels
• Willingness to travel (+/- 10 %)
