Department Description

The department named PPU (Project and Process Unit) supports Atradius' transformation journey in partnership with the whole Atradius organisation, steering business change through innovation and new developments in information technologies and process improvement. Besides portfolio management, the department contains teams for project management, product owners, (business- and process-) analysts and business enterprise architecture. In our organization, we are looking for a Senior Process Designer in the team Process Design & Business Enterprise Architecture.

 What does this look like in concrete terms? 

The Expert Process Designer is responsible for leading the design and improvement of processes amongst others using LEAN methodologies.  

 Develop a clear understanding of the current processes. Analyse the efficiency and effectiveness of these processes. Identify areas for improvement and initiate and manage the implementation of these improvements. You will lead the process improvement initiatives using LEAN as the methodology. 

Key activities 

• Lead the design and improvement of processes. 
• Implement LEAN methodologies and principles in process design and improvement. 
• Utilize RPA and machine learning technologies in process design where appropriate. 
• Undertake autonomous assignments or project engagements as required. 
• Jointly responsible, along with Business Enterprise Architects, for maintaining and improving the organization's operating model. 

Mandatory Qualifications: 

• Degree in Business, Management, or a related field. 
• Extensive experience in process design. 
• LEAN certification. 
• Experience with RPA and machine learning technologies. 
• Optional Qualification: Advanced certification in LEAN or process improvement methodologies.
